Training department was created with the objective to take advantage of our staff's know-how and experience. Its main goal is to answer professional concerns of the laboratory staff, specialists in esthetic restorations and of all the specialists who want to start working in this field.
Our training program is based on Ballesdent own recommendations, as well as the necessities and specific expectations of each student.
The result is personalized courses regarding the content and the period of the training.
During 5 days the student attends the complete process of the work carried out at Ballesdent, from the receipt of the digital or traditional impressions till the final delivery of our esthetic restorations. Step by step, the student will be accompanied and supervised by a professional of each area. Actually, it is the student himself with the help of Ángel Ballesteros, Manager and General Director, who decides to which area he or she should dedicate more hours.
During the course the student receives specific theoretic and practical training in this vitally important area of Dental Esthetics.

This training program is given by Mr. Avelino Gutiérrez, InLab-System Trainer certified by Sirona.
There are two modules within the training: the Basic module is designed for students who would like to become familiar with this technology, and the Advanced module is aimed at professionals who already work with these design systems and who are looking to optimize the results of their teams.
